SENIOR ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL
Adam joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2025 and practices in the area of litigation. He also advises on student-related matters. Before joining OGC, Adam served as an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota and practiced as a litigator at two national law firms.
Adam earned his B.A. from Truman State University and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as a Managing Editor for the Minnesota Law Review. Following law school, he clerked for Judge David S. Doty on the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and for Judge Duane Benton on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
