SENIOR ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL
Anna joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2026 and practices in the area of litigation. Before joining OGC, Anna served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota and was a litigator in private practice.
Anna earned her B.A. from Grinnell College and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as the Lead Student Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Inequality. Following law school, she clerked for Judge Lloyd Zimmerman in Minnesota's Fourth Judicial District and for Judge Margaret Chutich of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
