SENIOR ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL
John joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2024 and is a member of the Transactions Group. Before joining OGC, John was an attorney at Stoel Rives LLP in Minneapolis. He received his B.A. from Macalester College and his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law. After law school, John served as a law clerk to Judge Morgan Christen on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Eric C. Tostrud on the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
