Neil joined the OGC in 2021. His practice focuses on labor, employment, and litigation matters. Prior to joining the OGC, Neil was a Partner at Lathrop GPM LLP in Minneapolis, where he worked with higher education clients on labor, employment, and student matters. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. During law school, Neil served as Co‑Chair of the Moot Court Board and was the Associate Managing Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. Throughout his career, Neil has been heavily involved in the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) and the American Bar Association (ABA) Labor and Employment Section, holding several leadership roles in addition to speaking and writing on many important labor and employment topics.
