Beth joined OGC in September 2010. She practices in the areas of real estate and construction law. Prior to joining OGC, Beth was an attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. in Minneapolis. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from St. Cloud State University in 1990 and her M.A. magna cum laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1993. She served as a Note and Comment/Research Editor of the Minnesota Law Review at the University of Minnesota Law School, where she received her J.D. magna cum laude in 2001. Beth is certified as a Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and has been selected as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics.
