SENIOR ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL
Kaley joined the OGC in 2019. Her practice focuses on research, including human and animal subject regulations, conflict of interest, and research misconduct. She also advises on student issues. Prior to joining the OGC, Kaley was an attorney at Allina Health in Minneapolis and Partners HealthCare System in Boston. She received her Juris Doctor from Boston University, where she served as a Note Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. She also received a Master of Public Health from Boston University, where she served as the Health Law and Bioethics Fellow. Kaley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College.
