Ruilin joined OGC's Transactional Law Services Group in February 2019. Her practice includes financing, investment, tax, regulatory compliance, complex business transactions, and supporting University Libraries and Museums. Prior to coming to OGC, Ruilin was an officer/shareholder practicing corporate and international law with the law firm of Fredrikson & Byron; she also has in-house experience. She received her J.D. magna cum laude in 2001 from University of Minnesota Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review. Ruilin also earned a law degree from China and practiced law in China for five years before she came to the United States.
