Ruilin joined OGC's Transactions Group in February 2019. Her practice includes financing, investment, international, regulatory compliance, and complex business transactions. Prior to coming to OGC, Ruilin was an officer/shareholder practicing corporate and international law with the law firm of Fredrikson & Byron in Minneapolis; she also has in-house experience. She received her J.D. magna cum laude in 2001 from University of Minnesota Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review. Ruilin also earned a law degree from China and practiced law in China for five years before she came to the United States.
