The University has established processes to identify and manage conflicts of interest at the individual and institutional levels to assure that University research, teaching, outreach and other activities are not compromised or biased due to financial and business interests. Kaley Klanica provides legal advice and counsel to the Conflict of Interest (COI) Program and the University’s two Conflict Review Panels in their review and management of individual and institutional conflicts of interest, consistent with the requirements of Board of Regents policies on Individual Conflicts of Interest and Institutional Conflict of Interest.
